Emma Raducanu revealed her incredible secret talent away from the tennis court on Instagram on Thursday.

The British athlete, 21, who shot to fame while making her Wimbledon debut at 18-years-old, has been facing a tough time with injuries recently after withdrawing from the Miami Open earlier this week.

But now Emma has shared an insight into her life away from the sport as she uploaded a video of herself sat in her bedroom playing the keyboard.

The 2021 US Open winner beamed as she turned on the camera and played a soothing tune for her 2.4million followers.

Leaving her long brunette tresses loose, Emma looked stunning as she wore minimal makeup and wore a pink T-shirt.

She wrote: ‘Been a while’.

Fans quickly took to the comments to gush how ‘talented’ she is while others pointed out how Emma’s Evian bottle was perfectly place on the keyboard in front of the camera and asked if the post was an ‘ad’.

‘Are you a tennis player or walking ad agency?; Get the token sponsor in the frame; You are owed by your sponsors, but looking at your ranking I don’t think they will give you a new contract; Did Evian pay for this video.’

It comes after Emma came under fire for her array of big-money sponsorship deals after taking part in tie-ups with British Airways, Dior, Evian, HSBC, Porsche, Tiffany, Vodafone and Nike.

Emma has had a sponsorship deal with Evian in the past among other big-money deals. Management for the star have insisted in the past that her commercial deals do not distract from her ability to play on court

Management for the star have insisted in the past that her commercial deals do not distract from her ability to play on court, but she has struggled to find form since picking up her maiden grand slam at the US Open in 2021.

Asked if she would cut back on off-court events, she told the The Times earlier this month: ‘Not at all actually. I think that I trained [with] three hours of tennis, an hour and a half in the gym and had two hours off in the evening. But I don’t know, you should tell me what I should do in my off time from 8pm till 10pm.

‘It’s basically like training in Dubai and then having a nice dinner with a lot of people. The only difference is my dinners go public.’

She said: ‘At this point I don’t really care what my ranking is.

‘People ask me what it is, I don’t really know. I’m just focused on my development and my own path because I actually believe that I’m tracking nicely and that I’m developing in a good way’.

She added: ‘The margins between losing and winning are so fine and I think I’m working on those, working on my game, so that’s all that matters to me.’

It comes after Emma suffered another injury setback after withdrawing from the Miami Open ahead of her first-round match.

The tennis star, who was given a wild card, was set to play China’s Wang Xiyu on Tuesday but pulled out of the tournament amid reports of a lower back injury.

It is another blow for Emma in her attempts to establish herself as a consistent presence on the WTA Tour.

The former US Open champion spent the second half of last year recovering from ankle and wrist surgery that saw her side-lined from May, the latest in a long line of injury problems since winning at Flushing Meadows in 2021.

She made her return at the start of this year and showed promising signs by making the third round of the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells before losing to Aryna Sabalenka.

Emma’s withdrawal in Miami casts doubt over her availability for Great Britain’s Billie Jean King Cup tie with France on April 12-13.
