Healthy and delicious spinach recipe I can cook it almost every day!

This spinach recipe is so delicious I can cook it almost every day! Very tasty recipe!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the fresh spinach to the skillet. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Allow the mixture to simmer for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Stir in the coconut cream until well combined. Let the mixture simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
  7. Once the spinach is tender and the flavors are well blended, remove the skillet from the heat.
  8. Serve the creamy coconut spinach as a side dish or over rice for a delicious and satisfying meal.
